What if we could overcome our overwhelm by diving into our creativity? What if this is one (excellent) way to propel us over the hurdle on those days when we don’t want to work, when we can't make up our minds, when we'd simply just rather stay in bed thank you very much.

True story here and maybe TMI but...

Do you believe in choice? If you do, I want you to consider that there is one choice that we make every single day. Hour. Minute. Second. That is 100% in our control always. No one can take it away. No one can give it to you and then take it away 50 years later. (cough cough) NOPE. 

 What if I told that you that you already have all of the answers but that you just haven't been asking yourself the right questions?

Do you ever feel a sudden rush of depression after completing a project? ME TOO!
